Exchange Policy

At Luxury Emporium, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. However, please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Instead, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Items must be unused and free from damage.
Exchange requests must be made within 2 day from the date of purchase.
Process for Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at kuljeetmanik03@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exclusions:

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
Processing Time:

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange within 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange is processed and the new item is shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kuljeetmanik03@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
